With over 13 years of experience in retail operations, Rob is an expert in this space having worked with 20+ brands and retailers globally across a range of projects including; store operations, eCommerce fulfilment/logistics, customer services, retail technology, process / operating model development and project management.
During his 7 years working for Javelin Group & Accenture Strategy, his clients included; Halfords, eBay, M&S, Primark, Burberry, Stella McCartney, Wren Living, Kering, Selfridges, Tata Cliq, Samsung, C&A, wnDirect, and Philip Morris International.
Before working in consulting, Rob worked for Tesco, where he held the roles of Head of Operations and Operations Development Manager for Tesco Direct. Before this, he had several roles for Dixons Retail eCommerce and Tech Guys, including managing group eCommerce fulfilment operations & eCommerce customer service centre, customer proposition development, process development, and operational management.
Rob is a “Green belt” qualified in DMAIC (Lean 6 Sigma) project management.

Sarah enjoyed an 18-year store management career with Boots, starting as a store assistant and working her way up to regional manager accountable for 17 stores. Sarah was running Boots "flagship" stores aged only 26 and went on to run their Brent Cross store, a "top 10" revenue store with £24m+ sales & line management

Sarah enjoyed an 18-year store management career with Boots, starting as a store assistant and working her way up to regional manager accountable for 17 stores. Sarah was running Boots "flagship" stores aged only 26 and went on to run their Brent Cross store, a "top 10" revenue store with £24m+ sales & line management for 100+ staff. Latterly, she moved into area operational & regional management roles.
More recently, she has sat on the board of EHN Pharma, the retail pharmacy arm of NHS Hertfordshire as a Non-Executive Director. Then moving into the role of interim Operations Director, having demonstrated her extensive retail experience to the board.
Sarah has also worked in a consulting capacity for several local businesses to provide management training & operational structure to allow their business to grow sustainably & profitably.
